About
About me
I'm Kunal. I have an engineering degree, I work as a software developer, and I've been lifting for [X] years.
[YOUR STORY, 4 to 6 sentences. Where you started, what you tried that didn't work, what changed. Real numbers and one slightly embarrassing detail if you have one. If the transformation in your pinned X post is yours, this is where it goes.]
I got into the research side of training because I was frustrated. A lot of the advice I followed early on contradicted itself, and the people giving it usually couldn't explain why it was supposed to work. I'm used to a job where you have to be able to justify every decision you make, and I wanted my training held to the same standard.(confirm)
That led me to Menno Henselmans' work and eventually to his PT Course, which I completed in [YEAR]. It's a long course. The final assessment has a written exam, exercise technique checks, and a full coaching program you design for a case study.
[One honest line about what you're not. For example, whether you compete, or how far along your own physique is. Being upfront about limits makes everything else more believable.]
I started coaching in [YEAR] and have worked with [NUMBER] clients so far, mostly [who]. What I enjoy most is when a client stops needing me, because they've learned to adjust their own training and nutrition. Teaching that is as much a part of the job as getting the result.(confirm)
Outside of work and the gym I'm usually [something real. You post about football on X, so that's an easy one]. Feel free to message me about that too.
